A guy from Philadelphia proved that creativity is possible even with ice cream

A guy from Philadelphia, thanks to his creative mindset, demonstrated that a creative approach can turn even familiar ice cream into an extraordinary product. The guy, Joe Osborne, debuted his Mojoz GummiCone at Cone Con last week https://xrust.ru/. His innovative ice cream features the world’s first edible gummy cone, resembling a candy filled with ice cream. The idea for such an ice cream cone came to him ten years ago. He even remembers the exact moment—the thought struck him at the intersection of 2nd and Tasker in South Philadelphia. Since then, he has traveled across the states setting up the production of such cones. He is proud that the cone contains no gelatin. It has been replaced with gelatin-like substances. He doesn’t reveal the secret but admits that the base is carrageenan. It is made from seaweed, gluten-free, and vegan-friendly, so anyone who cannot eat traditional ice cream cones can enjoy it. Mojoz GummiCone comes in three flavors: strawberry, mango, and lemon. Thanks to its debut on November 13, this day is now officially recognized as National Ice Cream Day.
