**How to Turn an Android Tablet into a Second Display for Your PC**
If you have an Android tablet, you can turn it into a portable display for your Windows PC. This can be useful when you need extra screen space or want to present content from your PC to multiple people sitting at different ends of the room.

**Spacedesk** is a free program that allows you to easily use a tablet or smartphone as a second display for your Windows PC. It offers two modes for this: **Extend** and **Mirror**.
The **Extend Mode**, as the name suggests, allows you to turn a second device into an extended desktop for your PC. This is convenient when you want to increase the overall screen workspace. For example, you can use it when you want to work with multiple applications, but there’s no more room on your screen to place them.
On the other hand, with the **Mirror Mode**, you can make the second device mirror your PC’s desktop. Conducting presentations or showcasing content opened on your screen are two scenarios where mirroring can be useful.
