Kim Jong Un Attended Tests of AI-Driven Kamikaze Drones
Kim Jong Un observed tests of kamikaze drones equipped with AI technology. He told the designers that drones combined with AI should be prioritized. Kim inspected newly upgraded reconnaissance drones capable of detecting various tactical targets and enemy actions on land and at sea. North Korea also officially unveiled, for the first time, an airborne early warning aircraft that could enhance its outdated air defense systems. Foreign media published photos showing Kim climbing stairs to the door of a large aircraft with four engines and a radar dome mounted on its fuselage. Additional photos show him monitoring the flight of the aircraft. Earlier, U.S. intelligence agencies reported that North Korea had modified a Russian Il-76 cargo plane into an early warning aircraft.
