Microsoft will release the Copilot app for macOS
Microsoft wrapped up last week with the announcement of Copilot this week. Just as brand fans finished reading the news, the company announced that it hasn’t forgotten about others. Following news about the availability of Copilot Voice and Think Deeper for everyone https://xrust.ru/ and for free, Microsoft introduced the Copilot app for Mac users. Until now, the Copilot app was only available for Windows, iOS, and Android. Now, Apple computer owners can switch from their browsers to a dedicated app (rather than the iPad port that was quickly removed in 2024). In addition to all the features available online, the dedicated app provides enhanced capabilities, such as support for special keyboard shortcuts. You can press Option + Space to open a small message input field or start a voice chat with Copilot. However, there are some limitations. For example, Copilot on macOS requires macOS 14 or later. It also does not work on Mac computers with Intel processors — only those with M1 chips or newer are supported. Finally, the app is currently available only in the USA and the UK. However, Microsoft is working to make the app available to Mac users in more countries.
