These include *The Callisto Protocol* and *Dead Space*. The central theme of the story is the collision of Eastern European brutalism with retro-futuristic technologies. Time distortions are ravaging the world, alternating between the past and the future. Adding to the tension is the ability of certain creatures to enhance their potential through “merging.” This must be prevented. One method of doing so is incineration. Of course, trailers aren’t meant to clarify the plot, and this one keeps the mystery alive.
